Cork to Kenmare

I don't have a car so I'm wondering if it's possible for me to get there and back by bus or some other means? It seems like I can get there around 4:00 but there's no bus back after that.

Bus Eireann website is down right now too.

Hey, the website is up and running again but you are correct in that their is no bus out of Kenmare after 4pm to Killarney and onto Cork from there.

The options I can think of would be :
- a taxi to Killarney, are you travelling alone or would others be able to share the cost? (try Kenmare Taxi Service http://www.drivekenmare.com)
- do you know anyone in Kenmare or surroundings who would be able to collect you and take you as far as Killarney?

All you need to is get yourself to Killarney I would imagine as the last bus to Cork from Killarney if at 19:30 to be in Cork at 21:05.

i its prob to late now but just on the taxi u recommended i have used this service before and i found both the man and women rude the male driver drives to fast and there prices are scandals they were charging for two people into the town from rent an irish cottage €12 its only when we used another service we were charged €5 we couldnt get over the difference, the other company was peter o sullivan anyway i would recommend them to anyone visiting as kenmare, Kenmare cabs
