Budget: Whatever is the best for me...

Intended use: College work, Word processing, Powerpoint etc..

Mobility: To be able to bring to college if needed

Warranty: Is a warranty important? No... But if it helps then ya:D

Dell is always a cheap place to get one, you could get a pretty good laptop, especially for your needs for little over €400, and if you know anyone living in the north you could get it delivered there cos it will save you about 50-100 euro as the delivery charge is not so high, or the actual cost of the laptop

edit: just seen you live in clare, forget the north part.

    Budget: €500

Intended use: college work, internet, e-mail, Word processing

    Mobility: Not that important

Warranty: I would prefer a warranty for piece of mind.

Can anyone please suggest a laptop for me please? Willing to go slightly above the budget for a good one. Also can you suggest where to buy. I live on the border so travelling North is no problem. Brand image doesnt bother me either.

    Thanks in advance
