Doing a project on online gambling. If anyone could fill out my survey it would be of great benefit to me. Its only ten questions and should only take a minute or two.

    thanks,
    martin :)

I too have preambulated through the meadow of your 2 minute survey, tripping only once, on question 4 which doesn't really make sense? Or did I misread it?

Yeah question 4 doesn't make any sense. I presumed you meant was my first time placing a bet online.

This looks like a marketing gimic, not a project for college.

Done. It looks very slight for final year project level standard. Btw where did you get the 20% drop in annual gambling figure from?

question four was poorly phrased. basically i was trying to figure out, of the people that took the survey who gamble, was the first time they gambled online or in a bookmakers or casino. To see if being able to gamble online brought new people into the market or whether it just made it easier for people who already gambled to place a bet. Really using basic primary research. This is only a small module in my course.

As stated above it is only a small module in my course. Decided on a basic survey as it might get more responses and help me get better demographic figures that i am finding very hard to get.
20% drop in online gambling is a figure given in a mintel report on online gambling in july 2009.

Wish I could afford those €2,500 reports :) The best of luck with it, it's great to see people doing some gambling research in Ireland, just a shame it's always at undergraduate level thus far and usually on the economic side rather than social. Actually that's not a shame in itself, it's good, what I mean is I would also like to see more from the social side.

Yes my project is mostly economic but a small part of it is dedicated to the social in the pestel.
Lol dont have that sort of bucks was able to get a small summary of it from my college database for free. If i got the whole report i would be nailed on for the 1:1.
