    Whats everyones predictions for saturdays fights?

    With regards Randy. I like the guy but I can see no reason for him to continue.

    He has nothing really to prove and I hope he doesn't end his career taking punishment that is not needed.

    I love Randy, the man is a legend and has tonnes of heart but I just can't see him beating vera, he's getting too old imo

    ps mike swick is going to knock that dan hardy fook out so hard, by the way I hate hardy in case you didn't get that lol

    Name one of the best fights ever on the irish card or the german card..Both were very average nights of fighting

    Couture has plenty of game left,far more than vera.
    Vera will get a few strikes in at the beginning of both rounds but that's all,couture by gnp at the end of the second.

    I hope Couture wins and retires. The only reason I wanted to keep him around in the first place was in the hope we'd get to see him fight Fedor. That's not going to happen and I don't think anyone really wants to see that fight anymore. I'd hate to see him stick around too long and start getting beaten by the likes of Vera.

    Couture is just too big and strong for Vera, he's just slabs of muscule stitched together at 205. GNP stoppage in rd 2

    Hardy to decision swick

    Bisping to KO Kang

    Wilks and Pearson to win too

    I'd be interested to see how Hathaway does in the pre lims

    Couture - Plenty of fire left and too much skill and experience although Vera is a good fighter, would love Randy to win well

    Quick Swick - Has been workin very hard last couple years, wants to be champ someday, wouldn't put it past him, lost over 35 pounds to come down to Welterweight since TUF - loads of cardio now and good reach at 6'1''

    Bisping - Embarrassed after serious KO from Henderson, back with a vengence at 185, will never ever challenge for title though at 185 or 205!

    and three potentially great fights makes a good card, we've been over spoiled last few years, can't continue, not enough fighters!

    I think vera is a very dangerous opponent for couture. I think he can keep couture on the outside of his jab and leg kicks and eventually get the ko. Im rooting for randy though.

    See this is part of the problem.

    Randy is the favourite here so if he wins he doesn't acheive that much

    If he losses he is washed up


    I would favour him for sure but Vera is a dangerous man

    If Rndy wins, he gets one more run at the title, if he loses, vera gets a run at the title, by dispatching a legend

    Just goes to show that no two people are the same. Mybe I thought it was great as it was my first live UFC event, The Irish fans got so behind Davis (singing, etc...) plus the fact I had about 10 pints in me when that fight was on. :D

    Paul won hes last fight. If he lost this one I am sure he would get one more fight.
