Going from NAT Strict to NAT Open

Currently I can connect to servers with NAT Strict.
I am not aware if I'm hosting a game but I heard somewhere that there are certain game types not allowed if NAT is Strict.
Does anyone know how to change the NAT level.
I've enabled upnp on my Netgear Wireless Router and my Cisco Cable modem.

Also, anyone know what ports MW2 uses on the PC?

Good old NTL, such a pile of garbage when it comes to this, the work around for Eircom is pretty straightforward and is effective for every game
