    Episode Summary

House, Cuddy, and Wilson go to a medical conference and meet an old friend, while the team deal with a girl whose appendages have swollen but she refuses to tell them the truth about the events leading up to her illness.

Just about to watch this now so I'll be back to report before too long!

Always great to see House and Wilson together, out of the hospital or on the road. I sort of switched off a little when House and Cuddy were dancing, loved Houses's costume, though!

Hmm, so House drugs Wilson to make him miss his paper so House can give it and get away with it because only he can? The scene with the girl and the truth serum was pretty uncomfortable...creepy. The medical mystery was OK, but it seemed to be just a backdrop for Chase/Cameron to argue and House to be away. So, Chase finally tells Cameron, hmm...probably won't be too hard to predict her reaction. I liked that the camera pulled away at the end, didn't zoom in on them excessively.

To be honest, I often forget that Cuddy has a baby...and how she became a mother.

just watched it there. good episode, not amazing. Good to see the return of Lucas (i thought he was getting his own show as that character?), nice touch!

House dressed up as someone from the 1880s was very funny.

About time Chase told Cameron. thought it was funny when she said she believed him, then just as he was about to tell her, she said 'oh no you did cheat' and then she apologised again. It was funny in the show but have worded that very badly!

    Next ep looks good!
Looks like Cameron forgives Chase in the next ep, or at least that's what it seems like in the preview!

and the return of 13 and Taub looks eminent!

I think this was my favourite episode of the season (with the exception of the opener). House's one-liners were right up there with the best of them ("Your outbox is three times bigger than usual" / "You've just authorised the discharge... that's a metaphor") and there was plenty of Cuddy and Wilson which is always good. I like how the Chase and Cameron arc is being tied up and for the first time in a long time I felt that the two worked together on screen!

Also thought the reference to his stint on Blackadder was a great touch!

Funny episode, especially the nod to the Prince Regent, which will of course fly over 99.99% of watching heads. And Cuddy's outfit was good too. I didn't know Lucas was coming back, and I hope House uses him as a PI a bit more (to stir trouble with Cuddy, of course!)

POTW suffered because there was so much else going on this week, but at least the Cameron/ Chase story is heading towards a conclusion now. I must say I am not missing Taub and Thirteen at all.

I really liked this episode. When House and Cuddy started to dance and the slow set came on House's face just gave a little wince (like it hurt), yes I am female and love the underlying romance - Then Lucas appeared.....when he left last time it was just after a flirtation session with Cuddy and he disappeared into thin air. Love the fact that he is back. And have to agree "You've just authorised the discharge... that's a metaphor" was the line of the episode. The blackadder touch was the icing on the cake.

House said he hadn't been at one of those confrences in 15 years so he was counting on no one reconising him, he also was wearing another doctors name tag so the speach was going to attributed to someone else, who had an allaby

    anyone else think that
Cuddy hired the private eye rather then actually dating him, just that scene at the table screamed fake relationship to me

That was my first thought too, except who pays a private detective to babysit their kid and then tells them all the dirty secrets of a friend... Seems more likely that they are just having a relationship, tbh...
