I registered a company name so as to get a .ie web address.

The website makes about 2€ per day in ad revenue.

Do I need to fill out a B1 form?

    Hi

I presume you mean business name. If so you do not need to file a B1 or anything else further.

    Kind Regards

No. But you will need to make an income tax return

If you registered a company as opposed to a business name, then it is very important that you file your B1 and file it on time. If not you will get a €100 penalty and €3 per day fine which will wipe any income you have from the website.

If you are only generating €2 revenue, then there would be little need for a company and a business name registered to your self would be more appropriate.

If you already have the company set up it may well be worth your while to apply for voluntary strike off. All returns would need to be brought up to date first.

Can you clarify whether it is a Ltd company or Business name.
