I bought an mp3 refurbished from creative website a few weeks ago and it had a 3 month warranty. I had it in pocket of my jeans and somehow cracked screen internally. Would warranty cover it?

Almost definitely not. No harm in contacting creative though. BTW there's no such thing as a 3 month warranty over here that'd go against your consumer rights.
