Training partner wanted beginner mma

    Hi lads

    movin up to the big smoke in the next few weeks. i would love to take up mma ive very little ma expierence but would love to give it a right good lash. ill be living around the city west area so prob join SBG or spartan any other clubs in that general area??? find it a bit daunting going to a gym where u know no one. so if anyone is looking for a partner to train hard with im your man:cool:

    everyone was a beginner sometime, go to the gym, leave your ego at home, show respect to people there and take it all in, everyone has a first day and the longer you leave it off the further you are from where you want to be

    "Leave your ego at the door" is a very common mantra heard in bjj circles, it basically means focus on the training, dont be concerned with how good you are compared to others etc

    "No shoes on the mats" is just as common :D
