Dynasty back on 16th Nov

    Just letting you all know, I just saw an ad saying Dynasty being rerun from 16th Nov on p149. Dunno times tho'. Should be worth a watch... Remember Crystal and Blake, Fallon (Pamela thing who played Nancy Drew, then she transformed into Emma Samms)who married nice guy Jeff with the expressive eyebrows. Stephen the gay fella.. who met the beautiful Sammy Jo -Heather Locklear from Tj Hooker.

    Lovely memories of tuesday nights Ann! I'd try and get my homework done in time, and my father would go out early to start milking the cows so he's get back in time "for (my) date with Alexis"!
    Half of us would attend class the next day bleary-eyed, and the teachers (and nuns) would tell us off for watching such rubbish! When I told my father this "How do they know it's rubbish? They must watch it themselves."

    Anyway, I remember Adam, the long lost son of Alexis and Blake who was kidnapped as a baby - he turned up years later and he was a fine thing.

    It's only watching clips from it now that I realise how ridiculously camp it was. I remember thinking Joan Collins (along with Jerry Hall) was so pretty and I wanted to look like her when I grew up - but looking back, while she was stunning in the 60s and 70s, she was a bit naff-looking in the 80s. :)

    Feck yeah, that's right, I remember Adam now. I'd forgotten him, didn't he rape somebody? Was it joseph(?)the butler's daughter(or did I just make that up?). Alexis married about 10 times, remember your man Dex Dexter:D and Cecil Colby who died of a heart attack in the middle of a session of nookie.

    That was Kirby! She was married to Jeff at the time. She got pregnant and found out the baby was Adam's. I think she ended up with Adam afterwards!

    Blake was always in a silk dressing gown, clutching a scotch tumbler, and hissing stuff like Goddammit Krystal!!.

    I really fancied Alexis(?) and the original Fallon when I was younger.

    @ Ann22 - I think your man died while on the job with Alexis. What a way to go...
