IIRC, Scrubs already have done. There were around 5 CDs worth.

There are unofficial soundtracks to all the shows you listed and with soem even getting officially released ones.

Yeah I've seen unofficial soundtracks for Greys, Scrubs, Smallville and Supernatural. They're usually straight forward collections compiled by fans, and released by Season - I've seen compilations containing 40-60 songs per season.
