We are looking to speak with recent emigrants about their experience. Have you left Ireland within the past year for work? Where did you go? What were the greatest challenges? And did it turn out as expected? Have you moved a family or as an indivual?

Are RTE paying Boards as much as they pay Gerry Ryan???

Really though I thought RTE were the Enemy around here........This is NOT Almost Famous, we aren't going to accept them into our hearts just so they can talk sh1t about us.

We have a thread about licence fee's every week and then this????

He didn't even greet us in his OP, no "Hi, I'm Mark from RTE and I was just hoping if you guys could help us out."

Does he actually have permission from Mods to have this up? Wasn't that a condition of these Paid for accounts?

OK I just don't like RTE, I'll leave now.

I don't see how this is lazy journalism? Boards.ie is a great way for someone to get the views, experiences or opinions of the general Irish populate.. Its a good resource.
