Advice on Club Formation

    Hi, I am in the process of starting a club in the Ballinasloe area, an Airsoft club to be exact. I am having some difficulty finding info on this so I thought I would ask the people in the know for some advice.

    Basically what I have discovered from other people on boards is that I would have pay a fee of between €400-€1000 euro an acre in order to establish a club. At the moment that's all the info I can seem to find anywhere regarding club formation. If it were true that I would have to inject these kind of sums of money into the venture then it would be a complete waste of time and I would probably have to look at company formation.

    I am currently compiling a business plan which i need to have ready for the land owner as we have a meeting on weds to discuss the site.

    If anyone has any information that would help I would really appreciate it.
