Machado BJJ Blackbelt - ADCC World Champion - MMA Fighter Dean Lister , will be in Cork this Friday for a NOGI Seminar.
Dean will be teaching strategies for NOGI competitions & MMA, with plenty of rolling with Dean in the end.
