    Hey Guys

Im looking to get some boxing techniques to include footwork and head movement which I can then use to adapt to MMA. Anyone know of any good boxing gyms that maybe have people in the same situation? Also somewhere where maybe theres females although its not always important.

    Cheers

    Claire

Hi claire the iaba website here has all the club addresses, if your going to ask i'd just say you want to learn boxing as there not going to be interested in training you for MMA as its no benefit to them-best of luck with it.
