Haven't posted here before but had a look and didn't see anything simalar to what I'm thinking.

So I used to play COD 2 a lot years ago and still play COD4 every other week with a few mates on the PC's. I tried COD on a PS3 and really couldn't get the hang of the controls. I want to get the MW2 and I'm trying to decide whether PS3 or PC.

I have a HD projector which is connected to the PS3 so would make playing MW2 a real expierence and oviously the PS3 is just plug and play, whereas my Laptop should support MW2 my PC would need a new graphics card.

So I was looking around and found FRAGnStein it looks like it might give me a chance of been able to play MW2 on a PS3 and been able to enjoy it and also I could use the controller on a PC when I play COD4.

Anyone got any feedback, anyone used the FRAGnStein

As a pc gamer myself for years i know full well how hard it is to go from a mouse and keyboard to a pad.
I was terrible and i mean terrible at first.
After a week or so messing around with cod4 and cod waw on the 360 im pretty comfortable with a pad now.
Having said that i find the 360 pad a lot more intuitave than the ps3 one.
My young lad is shockingly good with the pad but struggles with the mouse on my pc.
I had full intentions getting MW2 on the pc but with no dedi servers now and just matchmaking i said screw it ill go for the 360 version and play alongside my young lad.

As for that gizmo your looking at i really dont know how well they work.
I looked into getting piece of gear that allowed me use a mouse on the 360 but having read reviews etc it seems it can be hit and miss.
As i say ive no experience with these gadgets, i suggest you scour the net looking for user reviews before buying.

I have been looking around but can not get a definative answer.

Have infinity ward learned and given the PS3 edition Keyboard and Mouse support?
I would have thought that Sony would have been pushing this like mad, as it would remove all this complaining about the pad not being shooter friendly

Cheers guys, I have looked around and read a few small reviews of people saying its an awesome piece of kit but others have problems although a new firmware seems to resolved them, I don't mind spending time getting used to the PS3 its just I'd rather have the one controller for MW2 on PS3 and COD 4 on the PC. I have an XBOX 360 as well but haven't played it in a while the xbox live cost just seemed a pain when PS3 is free

I ordered my fragnstein last week. Should be in the post any day now.
I'll let you know how it goes.

I'm like yourself, PC gamer for years, never got used to the PS3 controller, analogue controls and it's inaccuracy, etc..
Maybe just getting too old to teach new tricks :)
Can't be arsed spending time to learn either.
I contemplated a frag-fx, but mix reviews put me off.
I ordered mine from Limexb360.co.uk. They seem to be selling out fast, put your name down for one. Anyway, I'll post in a few days regarding it.
Seems to be the job though, from the reviews I've read...

    /Eric.
