PHANTOM PLAYLIST HELP!!

I've been driven mad all day, I need help with this song thats on the phantom playlist. It is sung by a woman, it's very old school, reminds me of 90s soul, and one of the lyrics in chorus is "Yes, I'm fine" the whole gist of the story in the poem is that the girl has gone through heart break, bumps into her ex(i presume)…

how about a song that was played about an hour ago, 11pm, thursday 12. lyrics inlcuded Hotel of Love, or Hotel of Lava? Male singer, dark enough tune, his voice stayed the same, brooding, throughout the song.
