    Hi there,

    We are planning on buying a house in D8 just of South Circular road. It is a period house that is in need of complete refurbishment. Has anybody undertaken such a project and better yet on a similar type house? The house is 1100 sq feet. If anybody has completed a project like this what kind of costs were involved? What was the time scale and any useful help or information would be greatly appreciated.

    just doing a search on boards for renovation and spotted you thread How is the renovation going you probably know now that it takes at least twice as long as you would think and takes at least twice as money
