    Hi,

Looks like i have a hardware problem with my Dell PC (20 months old). I have the 3 year warranty. Just wondering, if the Dell support guy agrees its a hardware issue , do they send someone to pick the pick the PC up

    Cheers

What type of warranty do you have? For mine (NBD), they send an engineer with part(s).

Of course, that would be if they had parts.

My invoice just says 3yr Consumer Hardware support, not really sure what that entails

Call them on 1850 200 722, give them the service tag and find out. :)

I think it's going to be engineer to the home rather than the collection option.
