How many rounds have you put through it as the hopup rubber may need to set in if that is the case then put a couple thousand rounds through it and it should work

I have put at least 3000 through it

The hop unit could be broken causing it to fully engage instead of adjusting.

Mods could move this to the right section please?

Have you tried adjusting the hop up? It could be set on to much.
