    Hi!

I'm repeating English this year and I'm kinda worried about it. I got a B last year buti i'm not exactly sure if i'll be able to pull it off this year. If worst case scenario comes and I get a C or something, does the B from last year still stand to me for matriculation requirements?

    Thanks!

Yes. You can carry on requirements from separate years.
