    according to today's Indo.

    What ramifications does this have for people who have bought in one of their complex's which although practically finished has only sold a few of them???

    I wouldn't worry about anything for the moment. The bank's receiver will keep all the apartment s that have been sold etc going and will prob also finish any that haven't sold.

    So are the company in liquidation..and if so what does that mean if you are buying one of their properties!!

    advert in last fridays daily star newspaper 21st of january 2011.

    in the matter of companies acts 1963-2001 and in the matter off ellen construction ltd

    notice is here by given pursuant to section 266 of the companies act 1963, that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at ashtown park hotel, gorey, co. wexford on tuesday 1st february 2011 at 12 noon for the purposes mentioned by sections 267 & 268 of the said act. by order of the board dated this 20th january 2011.
