You should contact your dentist. Sometimes after extraction of an upper molar, a communication can be created between your mouth and your sinus. You are at a greater risk of this if there is only a thin lining of bone between the roots of the tooth and the sinus itself. It's a recognized complication with extraction of an upper molar. Often, depending on the size of the communication, it can heal itself or sometimes your dentist will send you to an oral surgeon for closure. Even if your dentist thinks it will heal spontaneously you will need some antibiotics and decongestants and you should avoib blowing your nose.
