I've started a new website but i'm having trouble writing the content. I know all the areas i need to cover but the trouble is getting it "on paper"

does anyone have a similar problem and any ideas on how to progress my site?

    Hi,

Ahhh, the content bottleneck. It's hard isn't it! :) I've given up waiting for my client's to write copy and just throw something up for them. It's never what they want but at least the feedback helps to gets the ball rolling.

If you don't want to do the writing yourself, then why not outsource it?

Check out www.textbroker.com and www.elance.com. I'm sure there are a few other sites too.

There are people who are native English speakers who can write articles and/or webcopy for you for a very competitive price. Just think about how many well educated students and stay-at-home mums and dads like writing and might be passionate and knowledgeable about your subject and willing to write an article on a regular basis for you, or to do your web sales copy.

I think you can get articles written for as little as $10 an article. Bear in mind that you do get what you pay for, and good sales converting web copy is worth the writer's weight in gold. I would suggest starting small and testing out various writers.

    I hope that helps!

    Regards,
    Andy
