    Anyone know how to fix a speedometer in a 01 Citroen Dispatch? Everything else is working fine so am thinking its the gearbox speed sensor..? Any thoughts on how to fix would be welcome! Thanks!!

    I would start with checking the fuses. The cover to the fuse box will usually have a description of what's what. Have you got a manual?

    Its hard to know without seeing but The speed sensor in the gear box do give trouble in those cars. You will prob have to replace the speed sensor

    Hi susanroth,
    It maybe the speed sensor or sometimes the speedo cluster can fail....:rolleyes:
    Is the Rev counter/fuel gauge etc working ..??
    The speed sensor can be checked on live data with a diagnostic check
    which would determine if its a speed sensor or speedo cluster....;)

    But you could just pop in a sensor and try it...:)

    This is a diagram of a speed sensor from a dispatch..not sure if its the same as yours...:confused:...if you want to pm me your vin number i can send you the correct diagram..:)
