    What do people think are the best car games for the Wii. Does anybody know if there are any formula 1 games out there

    ExciteTruck. If you can get over the lack of online multiplayer and the points-not-placing scoring system it's absolutely fantastic. And no bitching about the music - they included mp3 streaming from SD for a reason!

    There are very few racers on Wii, even fewer that are of any use. Need for speed nitro is out this month and has been generating good press as a decent Arcade racer with bright colorful graphics and lots of speed.

    There is also the above mentioned F12009 this month, have heard very little about it however.

    EDIT: Checked out the Link and it looks like a PS2 game which I suppose is to be expected. I heard that the same dev team were also working on an F1 2010 game for xbox360 and PS3 due next spring, I'll be waiting for that.

    Yeah, the Wii is a bit light on great racers, as was the GC before it.
    The decent racers really begin with Mario Kart Wii and end with Excite Truck.
    I did play a spot of Ferrari on it and it wasn't bad.
    But, ultimately, most of the racers from multiformat devs come across as little more than PS2 ports with motion controls tacked on.
