Garmin running watch

    Hi One and All,

    My Dad who is big into his marathons is looking for a new running watch for Christmas.
    He wants one of the ones which has GPS built in so that when he finishes his run, and plugs it into the computer (or wirelessly connects), he can see his data like the route he ran on google maps for example, calories, mileage etc.

    I have looked up and think the Garmin Forerunner 405cx is what he is looking for.

    Has anyone have any experience of these and how good they work etc.
