I hope someone can help me,
I have a Land rover Freelander 2000, and the water is not staying in the car when i look in the water thing there is a white mayo type thing in it but its not in the oil, the water gage keeps going into the red and i cant seem to keep the water and coolant in it at all.
i've been told that if the head gasket was gone I wouldnt have any heat in the car but the heater in the car is blowing in heat.
the car is driving fine expect for it losing water and coolant and over heating, i can hear a gurgling noise when car is driving.
I'm hoping someone can please give me advice as far as i know the engine was replaced before i bought it but cant be sure.

    thanks in advance

Well it has to be head gasket surely. They are known for it.
You will have heat in the cabin as long as there is some water in the sytem.

It'll die soon if you don't get it looked at now. The gurgling is probably the water in the coolant system boiling  That's some abuse!

You need to get this checked out asap! If you dont you will warp the head and risk terminal damage to your engine.
