Problem with Sky channels

    For the last number of days when I go to some of the channels on Sky I get error messages on the screen - There is a technical fault with the channel,other times it's - No satellite signal is being received.I unplugged the sky box for awhile but to no avail.For the first few days the channels would come on within 5 minutes,now some of them won't come on even if I leave it for 10 minutes.

    I went to the sky website to email them and when I got to that section there was a form - I filled it out but it keeps telling me that my phone number is invalid and it is a required field.Has anyone else had this problem?Help!

    Sounds like your dish is slightly out of alignment.

    Go into Services / System Setup / Signal Test and see what your signal quality and signal strength gauges are at.....
