Am being very lazy here, but does anyone have the P&D 55 mile/18 week plan in Excel that they'd be willing to share with me in exchange for some good running karma? I could type it out myself, but that sounds like a lot of work!

Have you used the Jack Daniels schedule and how did you find it? There are plenty of people using P&D. Decisions decisions.

There's a few P&D plans on the RoadToBoston blog, that you can just set your target date, and it will put together a calendar for you.

Thanks for posting the link to christeb's log.
Nope, haven't used Daniels, so can't comment!

I have that link, but that doesn't give me the power of Excel and being able to colour code, analyse and create bar charts...the combination of which is worth at least 2 minutes in the marathon! ;)

You can cut and paste the info from the link into excel but you then have to reformat it to numbers before you can get your charts, etc. Don't be shy about posting it up when you're finished!:D
