Looking at buying a car - wandering around carzone I see some garages are SIMI and some aren't. Does it make a difference?

It's supposed to but it doesn't mean a whole lot really. Either is as likely to adjust the mileage on a car...

It's more of a dealers association as opposed to something set up to help the customer really
