    ....a little. The RLIF have announced that if a player plays for a country in a world cup qualifier, they cannot subsequently jump ship.

    A little bit of a cop out though, because it does not affect players who play in non world cup related internationals.

    Incidentally the RLIF are currently meeting in paris and the make-up and format of the next WC is to be decided next week.
