Interesting idea. I assume that they mimicing the group function in Tweetdeck.

I notice that this was at laest one PR company trying to set up lists up people by county. PR companies love twitter as it's a handy "mailing list" tool for them. I'd be worried that these could be used by people to recruit followers.

I notice that you can't send a tweet to a list yet i.e one tweet to all. I wonder is this in the pipeline?
