Affordable housing & mortgage amount

I was browsing around the Affordable Housing site and came across this in the FAQs:
What about a deposit and savings?
It is possible to borrow up to 97% of the purchase price of an affordable home. This means that you need to save at least 3% of the price for a deposit.

Now I'm assuming this is a left-over and as yet un-edited bit of info from the good times when 97% mortgages were ten a penny but I just wanted to check here.

Is it possible to get 97% mortgages on affordable housing or is is 92% maximum regardless?
