My budget is about €800 but cheaper the better

It will be used for College work, Music(Need a large HDD),Movies, web browsing and small bit of gaming

    Don't mind it being Vista

    Thanks

I’m after ordering a new laptop as my old one finally gave in on me. I’m not really in the know when it comes to the technology as I am not a technologist, maybe someone can tell me if what I ordered is any good?

    It’s a Dell Studio 15, Processor - Intel® Core™ i7-720QM Mobile Processor (1.6GHz, turbo up to 2.8GHz, 6MB L3 Cache), Genuine Windows® 7 Professional, 64bit, English, 15.6in Widescreen High Definition (1366x768) WLED with TrueLife, Memory - 4096MB 1333MHz Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM [2x2048], Hard Drive - 320GB (7,200rpm) Serial ATA Hard Drive, Graphics Card - 512MB ATI Mobility Radeon HP 4570

Primarily for use for internet browsing, multimedia, little bit of Football Manager, chatting to you fine chaps on Boards.

I'm told it's pretty good for what I need it for (which seems to be fairly similar to what you need yours for), cost me €899 on Dell website so not too much above your budget.

Maybe someone else can mention if it's anyways good value, I'm not in te know but thought I'd post as we seem to be looking for something along the same lines.
