The claim in relation to ‘3 Broadband Leading the Way” should not be repeated without qualification.

The rest of it is quite amusing and it is an AWFULLY long complaint for one single bitty newspaper ad , which only really goes to show how much dishonesty and deceit that 3 put into all of their marketing material

However 3 seem to have lied to the ASAI on a key point to do with the OECD definition of Broadband, see complaint part 2 and advertiser response part 2 .
