    Hi,

My PC has started showing pop-up ads from IE evn though I'm using Firefox. I've found two programs running in my task manager (msa.exe and b.exe) and after googling them I think they are what are causing the problem.

I've read through some stuff on some sites but wondering could anybody offer some help on sorting the issue.

    Thanks.

Can you follow the steps in the Sticky at the head of the forum? It contains several removal and logging tools.

Is that from the very first sticky? Any recommendations on which one I should use?

EDIT: See the one your talking about now, I'm trying it now
