People were asking about this recently and I just stumbled across this UK based college offering degrees in illustration, graphic design, interior design and more. They seem legit and the degrees are awarded by the University of Hertfordshire.

They also do foundation art degrees for ppl who are interested in going to (full time) art college in the UK.
