PSN Registration Issue

    I recently got a PS3 and followed the instruction on the card that came with it, to go on eu.playstation.com to register for PSN. All good.

    The next time I went on PSN it redirected to ie.playstation etc. I entered my login details and it took me to a screen to say that I need to move my old details from the eu.playstation account to the new one to access all the features.

    No matter what I option I pick when logged in, it still brings me to the same screen. I enter my details and i get a message to say login details incorrect/some mandatory fields not completed.

    I tried doing it on different PC's, webbrowsers, days but still the same. I opened a query on the online helpdesk on PSN but didnt get any official replies.

    It seems that Im missing out on stuff as a result. Did anyone else have this problem and how did you remedy it?
