Firstly the sum total of my knowledge of shoes is that they are made of leather amongst other things and protect my feet, however in a womans language they appear to be something quite different.

So im thinking of getting the missus a pair of christian louboutin shoes. (I saw her looking at them on the net one day and i have heard her talking about them with her friends)

It would appear she was looking for a black pair such as these

So i need help on where best to buy these? Online?Shops in Dublin? Any help greatly appreciated. Also it would appear the prices for these shoes widely from expensive to crazy expensive so advice there is needed too.

    Hi OP,

If you pop into Brown Thomas or one of them, they will have them there. also just be aware that sometimes in the week or so before christmas BT's often knock 20% off, happened to me last year after forking out full whack - next day there was 20% of the shoes i got :(

Do NOT buy them online. Fakes EVERYWHERE! And no matter how real they look, they're fake!

Your better off buying them in Brown Thomas. Or off the official Louboutin site

Are any of these any good, OP?

The sites I have linked to are authentic, although from Neiman Marcus, Saks, and Bluefly, you may be charged by Irish Customs as these shoes are shipped from the USA. Net-A-Porter.co.uk, Outnet.com are UK sites AFAIK.

    SAKS Fifth Avenue
    Neiman Marcus
    OutNet
    Net-A-Porter
    Blue Fly

    HTH!

OP that's an absolutely lovely idea, she'll be thrilled!!

I'm in the same situation, so I hope you don't mind if I ask a few questions here too!
It's my sisters 21st after xmas and the parents and I want to get her a classic pair of Louboutin's like these:

    http://www.neimanmarcus.com/store/catalog/prod.jhtml?itemId=prod60190035&parentId=cat17440733&masterId=cat5130731&index=0&cmCat=cat000000cat000141cat000149cat000226cat5130731cat17440733

Can I ask does anyone here have a pair and are they worth the investment?

Also, would it be worth our while going to Belfast to get them (if you can get them there!), or even getting someone to pick them up in London; would there be much of a saving, or would we be better off gettng them in BT's on their 20% off day before xmas?

One more question - does anyone know if they actually qualify for the discount on BT's 20% day? Or if they are ever included in the January sales!
    Thanks!
