    Hi All

    Just a head up, we have still 4 places available for the next Lameco Eskrima course we starting this saturday. If anyone interested there be more than welcome.

    Lameco Eskrima
    FITNESS DOCK GYM
    Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2
    Sat 7TH Nov 10am – 11am
    6 Week Course €60

    Kali is also one of the few arts that traditionally begin’s training with weapons early on as it is considered that a weapon is only an extension of your arm. Thus, you can learn to become proficient with defences against weapons and in hand to hand concurrently

    Outline of Course

    ●Defences from Stalemates
    ●Knife Disarms
    ●Defences against Punches / Kicking/ Knees/ Head Butts
    ●Stick Disarms and Locks
    ●Footwork
    ●Kali Body Mechanics
    ●Dumog – Grappling Defences
    Exam Week 6 Certificate apon Completion

    im from co down i was wondering what time the course lasted and where it was being held is it in dublin

    Hi Cross trainer

    Sorry my fault, the classes are held on Lower Camden street in Dublin city center . These are 1 hour classes, so may be bit far for you. However we planning a number of small workshops in preparation for Guru Felix Valencia return to Ireland next summer.

    By the good luck with your seminar with Steve and Mike I hosted a seminar a long way back in the late 80's for them in Kilrea. They are very talented martial artist and excellent teachers. Please send them my best wishes.
