AVerTV Hybrid Volar HX USB Digital TV

    Hi,

    I've just purchased the AVerMedia AVerTV Hybrid Volar HX USB for my laptop and I'm wondering if any of you guys could help me, it's an issue relating to Digital TV -

    So, I've updated to the latest drivers etc and setup as instructed/scanned for channels and have picked up RTE 1/2, TV3.. basically the usual Irish coat-hanger collection. I'm picking up a signal in the high 90s but still get stutter. I can only get a semi-decent picture when minimised, if I go full screen I'm only getting one frame every couple of seconds and sometimes get nothing at all....!

    I'm living in the Dublin area so I'm sure it's not a signal strength issue, also I'm running a Vista 64bit setup, Intel Core 2 Extreme CPU X9000 @ 2.80GHz, NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GT graphics card and 4gigs or RAM which is more than adequate. Any ideas what might be the problem? I've uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
