    Hi
My boyfriend has just entered the Connemara ultra marathon. He's done a good few normal marathons at this stage, first ultra though. I'd like to buy him a gift of a few sessions with an expert of some sort who could provide training/nutritional guidance. He's too young to die on me! I've no idea if such a person exists, though ye may be able to point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for any help

I suppose a coach or personal trainer would be your best bet. Vinny Mulvey seems to have a good reputation, he posts on here I think and has his own site if you google him.
