Hope you guys can help!

I heard of people renting a certain apartment in Temple Bar for one night just to throw a party and that this happens fairly frequently, and also about some big Georgian house in the city centre which is available for the same thing. Googled it but couldn't get anything. Anyone able to give me a hand in this matter? If I recall correctly the prices for the apartment are €180 during the week and €220 at the weekend?
