Eircom Bray ,problem?

hi everyone ,i live in bray and useing eircom 7mb,since couple weeks ago,every day after 6 or 7pm till 1 am the internet become so slow ony 10-200kb/s ,anyone else experence the same problem?

Post the line stats of your Router. It sounds like it could be contention.
