"ratemy" type php or jsp package?

Anyone know where I could download or buy a package like the various ratemyxxx.com sites use (ratemyteacher.com, ratemypub.com, etc)? I know a lot of them are built differently but there must be something out there... don't want to go making one from scratch if I can at all avoid it.

Ya to be honest, Im the developer of ratemypub and I reckon you're better off developing something yourself, no matter what kind of package you get you'll end up having to tweak it and mod it and probably spend more time than building something of your own!
