Many fanatic Irish rugby fans may not even see a game in there with all these corportate tickets selling.

The Irfu can sell out Croke Park and then they go and move into a 50000 seater stadium. Leaving 30200 fans behind.

Maybe the future might see Croke Park host a Heineken Cup Final. The Munster/Leisnter match last year was a world record attendence. Imagine the atmosphere there for the final

The re-opening of Lansdowne Rd will be a sad sad day for the Ireland rugby fan. Shame it hasnt been delayed, cancelled, collapsed with the property developer bust, or something.
Strange situation when the opening of a shiny new stadium is bad news for the fans. But then I suppose it wasnt built for us.

Looks like it will be difficult but instead of bitching and moaning (because that won't change anything) why don't we start giving suggestions about whats going to be the best way to secure tickets for the new stadium.

Will being part of a club by the only way?
Will being a member of the supporters club be worth it in term of tickets in the future?

As for a HC final being staged in Croke Park, I dunno as I presume the IRFU would have to bid to host that event, and the IRFU may have contractual obligations to sponsors especially Aviva.
