Optrex Actimist - A godsend ...but cheaper??

I have started to use Optrex Actimist and it really does the job. Before, I had major problems with dry eyes - caused by having to sit in front of a pc for hours on end. I used the conventional eye drops but they were little use.d
Now using Actimist (its sprayed onto the eye lid and apparently seeps through onto the surface of the eye) and it works brilliantly. Know more scratchy eye agony.
Only thing I would like to change is the cost. Its €20 for 10ml and whilst i will continue to pay it - i would be even happier to come across a source where its cheaper.

Anyone know where to get this stuff for less??

Chemist Direct charge £12.49 for it with delivery to Europe charged at £7.49 regardless of order value so if you're prepared to buy in bulk you'll save yourself a few euro.

Are these the ones you spray on your closed eyes?
How do they work.. I can't see any benefit with spraying water on your lids..

I think the theory is that when you spray the stuff on your lids, the particles collect at the edges of your eyelid, then when you blink a few times it sorta works its way into your eye. Never really tried it but people I talk to seem to like it.

Havent seen it any cheaper than chemist direct. And theres no other manufacturers that make anything even similar because of the patent :(

    Yes.

Well i'm a natural sceptic but was desperate enough to try it as eyes were in bits from staring into screens. I don't know what the magic ingredient is but it works. Meanwhile, regular eye drops were a waste of time (for me in any case).

Checked ebay and it was on there for much cheaper. Only fear is that its not the real deal...
