Joint Venture Meetings - minimum quorum

    Would anyone be able to advise me on what the minimum quorum is for
    1. normal meeting of a joint venture
    2. annual agm of a joint venture
    please?:)

    Sorry, no.
    It's part of a bet at work with the gang in the office . One of the lads seems to think that one director of A & B is suffice as a quorum and if a meeting is adjourned then the only one of the directors attendance is sufficient i.e. if the other director fails to turn up?:)

    What is the basis of the JV contract? Shares in a company?

    If the first,t eh contract should deal with it. If the second, the Articles of Association, etc.
