DST just kicked in stateside. It is black as hell outside :(

Im not a huge fan of the christmas creep, but when weighing the options, what would you do? I am very tempted to roll out the christmas lights (nothin else, just the lights) and do away with this gloom.

Is it too early to put up Christmas tree light?s 52 votes

Buy a nice lamp. Try and tie the room together. Better that than being unfashionably early for Christmas.

Pfft. Everyone knows that it's a rug that really ties the room together.

What d'you mean? Take them down and then put them back up again? I put the lights up once. When they short out, I may consider replacing them even though it was a pain in the arse putting them up in 1998.
